We have a current opportunity for a Talent Projects Lead / Organisational Design Expert for a 12 month fixed-term contract to work for a leading professional body.
The Talent Projects Lead will provide oversight, support and thought leadership to various programmes of work under our corporate transformation programme (our programme of work focused on colleague performance & career advancement). This will manage and track interdependencies, risks, opportunities and associated timeframes across the various work streams. The role holder will be key in engaging colleagues, managing stakeholders and ensure plans are detailed in an overarching delivery & communications plan, ensuring key milestones are identified and delivered. Working in partnership with various internal stakeholder groups and external outsourced partners, the overarching deliverable for this role is supporting the combined launch of a new performance management philosophy, strategy & process, new organisational design for career & performance management and new career pathway development across the organisation in April 2022.
In addition, the role holder will support the Head of Talent, Leadership and
Performance to look across all talent programmes of work and ensure cohesion and join up.
