Talent Programme Manager
An exciting new permanent role, to build a Talent programme.
Flexible working arrangements, West Midlands based. Office requirement - 2 days per week.
A well known UK business, with reach into a variety of sectors. As they focus on their Talent Management and Talent Development strategy, the opportunity for this role has been created.
Key responsibilites include
Progression and Development of a senior Talent Strategy
Design and execution of a talent attraction strategy which encompasses D&I
Interacting and developing effective relationships with peers and senior leaders up to and including CEO level
Capable of interacting and developing effective relationships with peers and senior leaders up to and including CEO level.
Story-telling with data: strong skills in building a compelling case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audiences
Strong influencing skills showing clear leadership when it comes to defining a problem and its solution
