Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a leading organisation in their search to add a Recruitment Assistant to their existing team.

·Recruitment Assistant

Main duties and responsibilities
General administration
Drafting, updating & templating job descriptions
Drafting and posting adverts on websites, job boards and social media channels
Responsible for job board accounts and relationships
Managing the recruitment inbox by answering and escalating queries
Keeping vacancy and invoice trackers up to date
Arranging temporary support via the agency PSL
Updating and managing a library of interview templates
Managing a library of inhouse assessments

Candidate management
Scheduling and confirming interviews and assessments
Facilitating in person and virtual assessments
Conducting right to work checks
Updating applicants and candidates on their application status
Making verbal offers and creating and sending offer letters

Hiring managers
Establish campaign timescales, interview availability, and confirm processes
Provide relevant templates and samples of job descriptions/ adverts
Provide relevant interview question/ assessment templates, updating where necessary
Assembling and forwarding applicant long/ shortlists
Provide application screening support to the Recruitment Advisor

Other duties
Provide input to develop and enhance the recruitment processes
Ensure compliance with data protection standards (GDPR)
Support wider HR projects and initiatives as and when required, including generalist HR

Person Specification:
Previous recruitment experience, ideally within professional services/ partnerships
Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast-paced environments
Ability to work with senior stakeholders
Proactive and efficient, with the ability to manage own workloads and priorities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Fully competent in using MS Office products
Of graduate caliber or equivalent
