IMMEDIATE START, HR Advisor for 6 weeks based in Ellesmere Port required
Your new company
My client is seeking a professional HR advisor to join their team on a temporary basis for a period of 6 weeks. You will be working for an international engineering design and project management services company based in Ellesmere Port.
The organisation are an industry leader with a portfolio spanning research and development through to design and commissioning of process technology.
You will be based at the office in Ellesmere Port with occasional travel to the Head Office based in Knutsford
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team as a HR Advisor and work with highly-skilled individuals who are constantly striving to deliver excellence and best practice.
Your new role
The role is being offered on a full time basis Monday - Thursday 09.00am - 17.00pm and Friday 09.00am - 16.30pm
The position will require yo to work from the offices based in Ellesmere Port.
Some of your duties will include but not limited too
Dealing with all in house recruitment for a variety of different positions
Screening candidates
Booking interviews with the management team
Advertising roles
Telephone interviews
Onboarding
Prepare all HR documents including employment, associate and supplier contracts and support employee and associated due diligence, onboarding and induction activities
Support the review and updating of company HR policies to ensure they are always up to date and relevant to current legislation
Update the company organisation charts and employee/contractor CV's as required in line with company standards
Manage the company HR system (Bright HR) and ensure all information is up to date and stored appropriately in line with GDPR requirements
Assist with the management of attendance, reporting and management of cases of long term sickness
