Large clinical support organisation with Head Quartered in North Manchester are seeking to appoint a temporary Internal Resourcing Specialist to support them through a period of backlog recruitment for 3 months

Your new role
As an experienced resourcer / internal recruitment coordinator you will be dedicated to sourcing and ensuing an excellent experience for clinical candidates, therefore you'll be able to use the appropriate sourcing techniques and have knowledge of finding candidates for niche roles, using social media and varied attraction methods. You will be supported by a large and friendly internal recruitment team , this position will be predominantly remote working with a requirement to initially visit the office for the your equipment set up and induction


What you'll need to succeed

• Prior experience within a recruitment or resourcing role
• good knowledge of different candidate attraction and seducing method
• experience of working with an ATS (applicant tracking system)
• good admin and IT skills
• excellent customer service skills
• confident customer focused approach to provide an excellent candidate experience

What you'll get in return

hourly rate £13.50 - £15.50 per hour
