Your new company
We are currently working with a growing organisation based in South Oxfordshire who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join them in a newly created role. Reports to the business owner, you will over see the full employee life cycle.

Your new role
As HR Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the employee life cycle, this will include working with managers to complete appraisals, take on the recruitment process and conduct inductions. You will also create and implement training plans, apprentice schemes and talent development strategy along with much more!

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for the role, you will have operated at this level within a growing business. You will have the ability to work in collaboration with a diverse work force and be able to influence senior managers within the organisation.
