Ashley Kate HR are excited to be partnering with a fantastic manufacturing business based in North Derbyshire to recruit for a HR Manager.

Taking full ownership of the HR function you will be responsible for managing a small team.

The HR function is fairly new to the business, with lots of projects to get involved in and take the lead on.

You will be forward thinking and looking to for a hands on role.

It is a true generalist position and will involve managing ER cases, coaching and guiding line managers to be confident in managing cases where they can, you will implement an appraisal system and coach and upskill line managers on this.

You will look at and monitor employee engagement and carry forward action plans around this.

You will implement policies and procedures and liaise with senior stakeholders across the business to look at pay structures to revise and implement fair processes.

About you:

You will be CIPD qualified with experience in a similar position with solid and up to date knowledge of employment law.
