Ashley Kate are partnering with a leading construction business in Barnsley in their search for a HR Administrator, on a full time basis and for 6-9 months with a salary of up to £23k.

About the role:

This position will be a heavy administrative position but this client will be open to hiring someone with great HR knowledge/qualifications, and an ambition to pursue a career in HR. With 3 in the HR team at present, this role will have a clear development path for this individual in the future and is a friendly culture to be a part of.

About you:

CIPD qualifications would be an advantage for this position but not essential
Ideally have hands-on administration background within a Construction environment
Should be assertive and well organised but willing to help other areas of the business when required
