A Law firm based in Central London looking for a HR Advisor to join the team.
Law firm based in Central London
Duties will consist of but not limited to:
- Managing the employee life cycle
- Leading and advising on all employee relations cases
- Reviewing and rewriting HR Policies and Procedures
- Managing the HRIS- Cascade
- HR Projects
The successful HR Advisor will have previously:
- Worked within a HR function within a law firm or professional services environment
- Managed their own employee relations cases
- CIPD level 5 or 7 or working towards completing this
- Confident in speaking with stakeholders
The successful HR Advisor can expect a salary up to £40,000 plus benefits.
