As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the creation and delivery of the recruitment strategy, with particular focus on hard to fill roles and niche positions, working with business to gain insights to enhance candidate attraction strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a recruitment business partner, providing guidance and insights where required, build positive working relationships
  • The creation and delivery of recruitment strategy, with particular focus on hard to fill roles and niche positions, working with business to gain insights to enhance candidate attraction strategy
  • Acting as a recruitment business partner, providing guidance and insights where required, build positive working relationships
  • Undertake project work aligned to business and HR priorities

Profile

To be successful you will have:

  • Considerable experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Manager, either in-house or in agency
  • Demonstrable success in influencing stakeholders at a senior level to adopt appropriate recruitment strategies to support the business agenda
  • Worked in a fast-paced, high-growth & continually changing environment
  • Experience recruiting across one of the following - medical, digital/design/creative, or client services

Job Offer

9 month FTC

£45-50k (depending on experience)
