Your new role
As a permanent HR Advisor, you will be part of a small, busy, friendly HR team, where you can develop and learn from the team.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing advice and guidance from end-end on disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management, maternity, paternity and flexible working.
You will be responsible for pro-actively managing sickness absence cases and following up on all return to work interviews.
Managing the recruitment and selection process, from advertising to screening CV's arranging interviews and sitting in on interviews where necessary.
Coaching managers on a one-one basis on HR best practice.
Ensuring Payroll processes are actioned.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience at HR Advisor level in a generalist role. You must have experience managing ER cases from end-end. You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
