Our global client in the Manchester area is looking for an experienced HR, People & Culture Professional to come on board and join the busy HR function.
Do you have experience of HR, recruitment & training within a fast paced organisation? Are you highly organised, proactive and driven?
My client seeks a strong HR Specialist to manage all recruitment and on boarding for the company, training & Development, ad hoc HR projects, and maintaining HR systems and data management. You will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, influencing and guiding, and providing a wide range of Advice for management. You will be highly experienced in ER case management, and supported businesses through to Tribunal.
The role is based from home currently, and generally in Manchester there after (home working too) with a remit of 3 UK & IRE sites. My client is looking for an ambitious HR professional to come on board during a period of growth.
