A Public Sector company in Truro (500 employees) are looking for a HR Advisor to join a friendly and hardworking HR team (3 HR professionals) and company.
Your new role
You will support the HR Manager on the day to day operations of the business. You will support and guide managers, build valuable relationships with staff at all levels. You will liaise with external consultants and insurers, manage ER cases, update policies, and oversee recruitment. This company is very supportive with professional development and pay for your next CIPD qualification. A DBS is needed for this role and is paid for by the client.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Generalist with at least a L3 CIPD qualification. You will need to be able to hit the ground running, be hands on and have a good sense of humour. You will need experience of coaching and supporting managers at all levels. You will need to have excellent administration, communication, and organisation skills
