My client are an innovative consultancy focusing on sustainability. Due to high growth, they are now looking for a strategic business partner to join them and support the Central Europe client group. Based in Frankfurt, this role will be a strategic advisor with the confidence and ability to provide counsel and dynamic solutions.
Key duties will include:
- Driving change, performance, compensation, talent and succession management initiatives
- Building sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support global and regional L&D team to introduce training initiatives
- Building a innovative people development agenda
- Assist with organisational development and change
- Provide a holistic support and advice for managers on the review and talent development process
- Develop and manage the total compensation strategy
- Support the business with engagement, wellbeing and diversity initiatives
Key experience:
- Experience working as a strategic business partner in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of L&D
- Strong stakeholder management
- Ability to establish sustainable relationships and networks
- Fluent in German (and ideally English)
- Experience working through change and growth
