HR Business Partner



70,000 - 85,000 Euro

My client are an innovative consultancy focusing on sustainability. Due to high growth, they are now looking for a strategic business partner to join them and support the Central Europe client group. Based in Frankfurt, this role will be a strategic advisor with the confidence and ability to provide counsel and dynamic solutions.

Key duties will include:

  • Driving change, performance, compensation, talent and succession management initiatives
  • Building sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support global and regional L&D team to introduce training initiatives
  • Building a innovative people development agenda
  • Assist with organisational development and change
  • Provide a holistic support and advice for managers on the review and talent development process
  • Develop and manage the total compensation strategy
  • Support the business with engagement, wellbeing and diversity initiatives

Key experience:

  • Experience working as a strategic business partner in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of L&D
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Ability to establish sustainable relationships and networks
  • Fluent in German (and ideally English)
  • Experience working through change and growth
