Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading global technology brand that have an opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join the team on a 6 month fixed term contract.
As a Reward Analyst your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting on reward initiatives including salary review and stock options
* Working on the benefits recognition programme
* Developing reward communications material
* Being front line support regarding any reward queries
We are looking for someone with experience working within compensation and benefits, who has good Excel skills and can work well as part of a team.
