Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist

Oakleaf are partnered with a global Investment firm in the City of London who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Tech and Operations Space to join the team initially on a 6 month basis. Due to strong growth plans, this role will be fast pace and dynamic, actively pipelining and delivering tech talent in line with the organisation's diverse & inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on direct sourcing a diverse range of candidates to meet hiring needs across EMEA & APAC using a variety of strategies
• Deliver a first-class candidate and hiring stakeholder experience that is centred on the company's inclusive culture.
• Focus on the delivery of tech and operations roles across a range of levels.
• Offer consultative advice to stakeholders based on market insights, in order to reach successful hiring outcomes.
• Manage the end to end recruitment process, taking briefs and managing hiring managers expectations.
• Conducting interviews and delivering feedback and offers in a timely manner.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to understand diversity & inclusion strategies to develop recruitment strategies
• Support management information reporting

Key Skills:

• Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
• Experience of managing the end to end recruitment process.
• Previous experience in recruiting Technical role is essential
• Financial Services experience would be beneficial
• Agency/RPO experience would be considered
