Page Personnel HR have been briefed on a 4 month minimum temporary contract for a Manchester-based organisation within the public sector. They need support from an Interim HR Advisor with experience of TUPE. Immediate start and home-working available.
Our client are an organisation within the public sector. Offices in Manchester but offering working from home. They are in need of some additional support within their HR team. They are recruiting for an Interim HR Advisor with TUPE experience.
The key responsibilities for the Interim HR Advisor are advising managers on employee life-cycle and employee relations matters, producing and monitoring quality of confidential correspondence, providing a professional HR advisory service, proactively dealing with internal and external queries, ensuring policies are compliant, delivering strong knowledge of employment law and regulations with consideration to risk and commercial management. The role is based in Manchester and offers flexible working. Minimum period 4 months.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- experience and knowledge of TUPE
- strong knowledge of employment law
- excellent communication skills
- ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures
- ability to influence and negotiate
- CIPD Level 5 desirable not essential
Our client offers an hourly rate c£15ph, 4 month minimum temp contract, home-based working.
