Oakleaf are looking for a strong recruiter to work for a prestigious Tech company. As a member of the recruiting team, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage leading talent. The role is focusing on hires across the legal space covering reqs from mid- senior level space. They want you to have an ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and manage the recruitment process.

This role Is on an initial 12-month Temp contract. Paying between £30-34 per hour.

Recruiter Job - Legal Space (Tech Company) RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with recruiting team members (Recruiting Operations, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for multiple requisitions
Collaborate with client groups to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates
Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis
Drive the offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates and generating offer letters
Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas
Work with Human Resources team to on-board new hires
Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Facebook and our talent acquisition team
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams)

Recruiter Job - Legal Space (Tech Company)- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years' experience recruiting and sourcing high volume or operational roles within multinational environments
Patient, communicative, team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
Driven self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Interest in contributing to the Facebook mission and goals
Passionate about Facebook and able to speak to our technology/industry
