Your new company
You will be joining an award winning, national organisation based in Norwich. With exciting growth plans, they are passionate about their company values and have a robust 3 to 5 year Strategic People Plan.

Your new role
Part of a progressive HR team you will provide a comprehensive and professional generalist HR service, building relationships with key stakeholders and developing an engaged and high performing workforce. You will partner with two key areas of the business supporting managers predominately across Norfolk and Suffolk . Responsible for advising them on performance, disciplinary, grievance and other HR issues in relation to their teams. Whilst considering the customer experience, you will be encouraged to look for ways to improve, harmonise and automate HR processes. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in TUPE transfers, restructures and other exciting change projects embedding their culture and values.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have broad generalist HR experience in a fast-paced environment and be at least L5 CIPD Qualified. You will be self-motivated, inquisitive and solutions-driven. Great attention to detail, strong verbal/written communication skills and good emotional intelligence will also be paramount for first-class stakeholder management. Experience in managing TUPE transfers and/or multi-site experience will be advantageous.
