HR Advisor | 12 Month FTC | £30,000 + Car Allowance

Your new company
Successful, growing manufacturing multi sited organisation, specialising in hygiene and surgical solutions, seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced HR advisor initially on 12 month fixed term maternity cover role.


Your new role
In this interesting, fast pace truly generalist role you will provide effective operational HR support to the 4 sites across the UK ( NW, Wales & Midlands), supporting the managers with ER cases, disciplinary and grievances, maintain the newly upgraded HR systems and databases, support recruitment with line managers and managing agency relationships, manage absence and occupational health referrals and records effectively. You'll also deliver company inductions, review and update Hr policies in line with legislation and manage the full employee lifecycle with the support of a HR administrator who will closely alongside you.

Therefore a proactive and continuous improvement focus is required because you be able to suggest and proactive HR value add projects with the support and direction of the HRD


What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience within a HR advisor role
• Experience within Manufacturing or similar industry
• Ideally qualified to CIPD Level 5
• Excellent Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building Skills
• Data & Reporting Skills
• Full Driving Licence
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
