Your new company
We are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter to join a highly reputable organisation based in West Oxfordshire. You will be joining a fast paced HR team, taking ownership of the full recruitment process. This is a permanent role with some flexibility on location, however ideally within commutable distance to West Oxfordshire.
Your new role
As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will Support with the acquisition of talent across a variety of disciplines, including writing of adverts, screening CV's, conducting telephone interviews, arranging interviews and delivering feedback. You will maintain the ATS, create reports and provide bench marking data to support the overall Recruitment strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you will be an experienced Recruiter who is able to prioritise a demanding workload. You will have a pro active approach to recruiting and have experience in hiring senior positions, Previous in-house recruitment experience is desirable.
