The HR Manager will run the Enfield site that is focused on delivery for a major contract for this well-establish logistics business.
My client is a well-established logistics business with a great portfolio of clients, with a bases across the country including this location in Enfield.
The HR Manager will be the HR lead for this significant site. They will focus on core HR activities including staff retention and ER as well being more partnering focused. This will include developing the team and also coaching managers across operations.
The HR Manager needs to have a good understanding of the core HR activities and will also be looking to develop the HR offering to the business. Experience of unions is ideal but not essential.
The HR Manager role will pay up £50,000 + car allowance for the right candidate.
