This business has an insatiable appetite to grow a successful business, yet innovate and build a business that services its colleagues with a truly inclusive environment, great career opportunities, and a fun place to work.

Description

My customer is investing in this role, which is a first time appointment, at this level.

As my customer is going through periods of growth (organically and through M&A), and looking at embarking on key projects - Organisation Design, Organisational Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards etc. Therefore my customer is focusing on data… and to be able to analyse and develop people data in the most commercial way.

Reporting into the Group People Director, as the HR Analytics Manager, you will;

  • Have specialist knowledge of HR Systems and HR data analysis, as well as developing MI reports
  • Taking ownership of all people data requirements
  • Drive key HR remunerations processes, including global salary review and global bonus review
  • Provide financial analysis, insight and recommendations for key HR projects, including standardising terms
  • Develop and implement reporting systems to drive performance, efficiency and cost reduction exercises
  • Deliver technical MI assistance towards the quality of information exporting
  • Assisting with all strategic usage of the data through efficient management and leadership of the software
  • Responsible for the line management and development of a HR Data Analyst
  • Proven background in extracting and interpretation of data using a wealth of HR Systems and database tools including V-lookups, pivot tables, and HRIS

  • Able to liaise with relevant departments in order to produce and deliver high quality data
  • Conduct regular audits on the HR Data to ensure accurate information held within our HR systems and on file is GDPR and Data Protection compliant at all times

To stress this excellent opportunity, this role is the first of its kind and is therefore an exciting opportunity to develop in a greenfield space. This role is strategic, with operational elements, when required.

This international role is remote (across the North West), however you will be required to be part of the office environment for a couple of days per week (Manchester, their HO, and London).

Profile

To be considered for this role, you will have a proven experience as a Senior HR Data Analyst / HR Analytics Manager / HR MI Reporting Manager role - within a fast-paced organisation, ideally one that goes through periods of M&A.

You will have experience of the following;

  • Have specialist knowledge of HR Systems and HR data analysis, as well as developing MI reports
  • Taking ownership of all people data requirements
  • Drive key HR remunerations processes, including global salary review and global bonus review
