On-site Recruitment Partner (Field Services Consultant)

Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a Global Managed Services Provider to secure an On Site Recruitment Partner (Field Services Consultant) to join their team.

This role will work on site with a variety of this company's clients to provide a first-rate service to their recruitment and onboarding process. When not working on site, you will be working remotely.

As Field Services Consultant, you will often be called to various location across London to help businesses on a range of service lines including payroll, timesheet management, recruitment, collecting, and checking compliance.
This role will suit agency recruiters (especially interim specialists!), RPO and MSP recruiters. Equally if coordination, managing relationships, dealing with compliance, and onboarding is your favourite part of the recruitment process, this is for you!

This is a fast-paced and reactive role where your duties will change rapidly. You need to be mentally prepared to chop and change duties as well as client site at the drop of a hat which sounds great if you consider yourself someone who likes to keep busy.
