A genuinely unique and exciting opportunity is now available within a rapidly upscaling and hugely ambitious business. They have recently doubled in size to 300 staff and have only been operating for 4 years so doing incredibly well. As the business has grown so quickly HR is yet to catch up so they are in process of hiring and investing heavily into this department in order to meet business demand.

They are hiring 3 HRBP roles to cover different client areas. These positions will be the first HRBPs that the business has had and will provide the successful candidates with a fantastic platform to demonstrate their business partnering skills and showcase what HR can do for a business.

A brilliant opportunity for a skilled, dynamic, pragmatic and commercially focused HRBP.

Responsibilities:

  • You'll be responsible for working with senior leaders and their teams to understand their commercial drivers and plans to inform, define and deliver people solutions that achieve their business outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver local people plans aligned with the People Strategy and experience model.
  • Plan, forecast, coordinate, and broker People activities and services (working with the broader People team).
  • Advise, coach, educate and support leaders and managers building their confidence in managing and developing their talent and holding them to account for the experience they create for their teams.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous feedback, providing ER advice and support for a highly engaged, values-based performance culture
  • Use people data and insights (qualitative and quantitative) in a simple compelling way to understand when and how to focus attention to increase business performance.
  • Leads and facilitates people change and transformation.
  • Leads key people projects and initiatives.

You:

  • Experienced people partner and change leader, working with and coaching senior leaders and managers across multiple countries.
  • You understand how business works. Focused on business outcomes with a track record of delivery in growing environments.
  • Have experience working across multiple countries.
  • Pragmatic and progressive with a non-bureaucratic approach to people management, willing to get stuck in and hands-on.
  • Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills, with the ability to move between listening, guiding, and coaching at all levels. Can challenge leaders to make better decisions.
  • The ability to make quick, sound decisions based on knowledge and judgment. Able to focus on what's important.
  • Always spots opportunities to simplify and improve processes to drive better results.
  • Data-driven can turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to facilitate plans, projects and initiatives.
  • High energy, with the capacity to deliver against a large workload.
  • Enjoy delivering as part of a team!
