*Home Based* Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this rapidly growing organisation based in Swindon, to recruit an experienced Early Careers Recruitment Advisor on a temporary basis, initially for three months.

This exciting role will see you supporting the end to end process of attracting and hiring the highest calibre interns to the business.

The graduate recruitment program is a in it's second year and, as such, offers the successful applicant the chance to help re-shape the programme with their own ideas and experience! We therefore need someone with strong experience in all thing's early-careers recruitment.

Duties will include but, are not limited to:

  • Producing engaging early-career-focused recruitment marketing materials.
  • Application tracking
  • Interviewing, video assessments, making offers and managing feedback for rejections
  • Setting up and running assessment centres
  • Building talent pools
  • Managing the newly implemented ATS and recruitment system
  • MI Reporting and any other projects as directed

We need someone who is able bring their expert knowledge to this market leader. A high-energy, motivated and enthusiastic individual, who is capable of delivering excellent results when attracting early-talent, whilst ensuring the very best customer experience.

You will be adept at building strong relationships, professional and innovative in your approach, highly effective working in a fast paced, pressured environment and AVAILABLE AT SHORT NOTICE - this is an urgent requirement, to start at end tof June / early July!!
