The position of Head of Operations, Recruitment, will oversee the high volume recruitment function for this global brand. It will be responsible for the UK business and have full ownership of both the strategy and execution of this huge function.

Description

The position of Head of Operations, Recruitment will involve:

- Managing a team of 10 Team Leaders and over 150 Recruitment Coordinators

- Re-designing the recruitment strategy of over 2,000 hires per week

- Identifying challenges and rectifying them before they become a problem

- Creating an exceptional candidate journey throughout the entire recruitment process

- Rolling out additional teams across the UK

Profile

The ideal candidate for the position of Head of Operations, Recruitment will:

- Have managed a high volume of staff, with at least 2 levels of management

- Have worked at pace, in a continually evolving environment

- Be proactive in their approach, not reactive to situations

- Be able to effectively manage upwards

- Work well under pressure

- Be passionate about delivering an exceptional experience
