Reward and HR Operations Analyst
Annapurna HR have been enngaged to find a HR Operations and Reward Analyst on a 12 Month FTC basis for a leading financial services organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all operational HR activity including headcount management, benefits, payroll, analytics and systems. They will also assist the Head of Reward and Operations on year end performance and reward processes.
- Be the SME for HR Systems.
- Experience creating MI dashboards and preparing and analysing MI data.
- Strong excel and powerpoint skills.
- Experience working with Payroll and Reward Teams.
