The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of duties and will be working in a fast paced, environment in the London offices. The client holds a very reputable name in its industry and offers good growth opportunities.
The client is a Financial Services specialising in Asset Management. This role will be based in their London office, but this client has offices around the globe and is continuing to grow.
The recruitment coordinator will be responsible for:
-Managing the end to end recruitment life cycle, working to a high volume
-Build a shortlist of candidates for hiring managers
-Act as the first point of contact for hiring managers and agencies
-Maintain and update the ATS
-Report on weekly and monthly recruitment activity
-Provide candidates with feedback
-Proactively source candidates using a range of tools
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of recruitment experience, or have been in a HR focused role that covers recruitment. You must have a Financial Services or Professional Services background to be considered for the role. Ideally, you will be degree educated.
