​This is an excellent broad ranging role for a graduate, CIPD qualified HR professional with an impressive career to date built in international environments preferably SaaS companies, online businesses or high-tech related products and services.  Responsibility is for a division of this market leader which has global reach and is a significant employer.  There are a number of locations in the UK London, the North East and East Midlands and it also has significant locations in Europe, the USA and the Far East. The group is Private Equity owned and on a very steep growth curve with a big agenda, not least for this division which operates in a highly competitive marketplace.  Reporting is through a matrix structure to the Chief HR Officerand also to the Divisional Managing Director, both of whom are USA based.

The prime requirement is that you will support the business though the provision of a high-quality HR function that operates to world-class standards, brings transformational change and the right roadmap to facilitate growth through people and thought leadership.   You will need to have a good quality University degree, possibly also a Masters and be fully CIPD qualified.  Your training will have been in world-class specialist business service environments ideally software solutions, online related, or high-tech products and services.  You will have international experience, be up to date with best practice in HR and have current knowledge of UK and European employment and regulatory laws. The culture is fast paced, commercially driven and can-do and you will need to be comfortable working in a growing PE owned group such as this.  The benefits package is highly competitive into six figures including an attractive base and bonus incentive. With regard to location there is lots of flexibility, London, Tyneside or East Midlands all being options.
