I have partnered with a reputable RPO that are on-site at a level Investment Banking organisation in London, recruiting positions within the Finance, Treasury, Compliance & Operations (IT) space. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a strong recruitment professional that enjoys a fast paced environment with the ability to build long lasting professional relationships with senior individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidate externally for approved roles via direct sourcing methods and also PSL vendors
• Point of contact via meetings with line / hiring managers to discuss new vacancies and recruitment strategy
• Relationship mange approved PSL providers
• Use innovative processes & procedures to source and attract the very best talent
• Manage the offer process from start to finish
• Strategically partner with the HR department and key stakeholders to ensure all recruitment processes are inline with rules and regulations
• Compliance with SLA targets

• Internal recruitment experience ideally
• Exceptional stakeholder management
• Ability to run multiple vacancies at one time
