Reward Analyst - Edinburgh
6 month FTC
£40K-£50K
We have an opportunity for a 6 month FTC Reward Analyst in an established Reward team that are looking to expand their team as they ramp up for benefits renewals and equity programmes next year, as well as supporting with a variety of reward projects
Responsibilities will include:
- Responding to employee queries on a variety of reward elements
- Supporting key benefit and recognition programmes in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide support to key reward initiatives including salary reviews and stock option granting and exercising
- Develop reward communications materials
- Supporting new and on-going global benefits and well-being projects
The successful candidate will have a proven background working in reward with experience of operating with highly confidential and sensitive information. You will have excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel at advanced level along with Word and PowerPoint and be highly adaptable and pro-active approach
