Your new Job
As part of the HR Operations team your role will be to provide dedicated support to the HR Business Services departments. As a HR Coordinator you will be required to provide generalist HR administrative support while working closely with the HR Business Partners and HR Officers. Tasks include contract amendments, note-takin at formal meetings, producing letters and other ad-hoc documentation. This role will involve lots of administration however will go beyond that where you will have the chance to work alongside HR BP's and carry out project work. Other responsibilities include the employee lifecycle, first point of contact to any HR related queries, benefits administration and managing data through there HR system. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create and maintain strong relationships. You must also be proactive in your approach, and have first class analytical, prioritisation and organisational skills.
