The development and provision of comprehensive learning and development offering, in line with business need - oversee day to day legal and skills training, other development initiatives and project work. Work with and delegate to Talent Development members and oversee training budget for relevant groups.

Description

  • Booking internal and external training courses
  • Support with the deployment and administration of learning management system
  • Ensuring all course materials, slides and other paperwork is in place for each course
  • Sourcing, liaising with and giving feedback to external providers
  • Supporting the L&D Business Partner in firm wide project and initiatives
  • Keeping up to date training schedules and attendance records as required
  • Managing training diary
  • Coordinating audio visual recording of key training sessions and uploading to company intranet
  • Maintaining budgeting spreadsheets and monitoring spend
  • Guiding staff on personal development plans
  • Training evaluation as required
  • Arranging timetables and preparing induction packs for all new employees
  • Administration for company events such as off-site training workshops and off-site development centres

Profile

  • Previous experience in a HR / L&D role
  • CIPD qualification is advantageous
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to devise training plans and case studies
  • Experience of working with a learning management system
