Oakleaf Partnership are working with a UK based research company. Due to constant growth, there is an opportunity for a HRIS Manager to join the HR team.

As the HRIS manager you will have a number of responsibilities including:

* Developing the companies HRIS and payroll system
* Taking ownership of all MI reporting
* Ensuring the system is fully maintained and identifying and improving any issues with the system
* Acting as the lead on all systems projects including implementations, upgrades and testing
* Designing user guides for the wider business

We are looking for an experienced HRIS / Data Analyst who is looking to take that step up into a management role.
