The UK arm of a global specialist consultancy firm is looking for an experienced Talent Development Manager to act as an L&D lead partner to their client delivery business unit. The Talent Development Manager will support an outsourced population based in North Africa, driving improvements in productivity across client service delivery.

This will involve re-designing the training and development programmes currently in place and making them culturally relevant as well as reassessing the overall training needs, for example changing the balance between technical and soft skills in the overall programme. You will create and monitor key measurables and ROI as well as ensure the continuous improvement of team productivity.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Development you will lead both the strategy and the delivery of the programmes for the offshored population, supported by on the ground HR and with potential to build a team in the future.
