Sales Enablement Manager
We have a current opportunity for a Sales Enablement Manager on a permanent basis, with a global consultancy client. The Sales Enablement Manager, reporting to the Head of Talent Development and working alongside the Sales L&D Manager, will bring new energy and drive continuous improvement across the UK sales team who are spread across three UK sites.
They currently have new joiner programmes, full onboarding and induction, then ongoing performance training and development in place, however are looking to drive increased revenue and sales performance on an ongoing basis.
This is a team built by hiring early career graduates and this role will support both the graduate execs and their managers both across skills development and in the better use of the technology and tools available to them.
Managers in the team have a more complex sales style and sell more complex solutions to clients, so bespoke support is also needed there, as well across broader soft skills programmes, to help managers develop high performing teams.
The succcessful candidate will be an L&D professional who has has a track record of measurable sales performance improvement or a Sales Enablement professional who has sat as part of a sales team outside of L&D but have solid training experience, ideally in a corporate, high intellect, environment.
