The world's leading music publisher, who are based in the heart of London, are now looking to recruit for a HR Coordinator to join their team.
Your new role
This role provides generalist HR support for Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia as a key Human Resources partner. This role will Support the HR business Partners and wider team, to deliver the team vision - ensured through proactive, accurate and effective delivery of HR operations that the people in our client groups are doing great things. Drive and facilitate initiatives and projects based on the business and organisational needs, from end to end.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years relevant HR generalist experience including employee relations, organisational development, and process improvement
- Degree in Human Resources, Organisation Development, or related field preferred
- Professional HR Certification preferred
- Experience working with territories and leading initiatives in either Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia required
