Interim Recruitment Officer
Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a growing business as they look to recruit an interim Recruitment Officer for 6 months. This is a full time role, based near Park Royal with flexibility to work remotely a couple of days a week. Salary between £25k and £30k depending on experience.
Reporting directly into the HR Director, the role will manage all ongoing recruitment campaigns including advertising, short-listing, interviewing and arranging offer letters and contracts.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
·New starter process management - new starter information recording onto the HR system, inductions, on boarding and probation process support.
·Management of ongoing recruitment campaigns.
·Drafting and implementation of recruitment related templates onto the ATS system when required.
·Management of leavers process - support with exit interviews.
·Supporting the wider HR team as and when required.
We are looking for:
·Solid internal recruitment experience, experience of managing several recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
·ATS management and administration experience.
·Excellent communication skills, ensuring that the HR team is well informed of ongoing recruitment activities.
·Ideally experience working within warehouse/manufacturing environments.
