We are seeking a self-motivated HR Administrator to join our team. You will be highly organised, able to manage a busy and varied workload and confident to work on your own initiative.
As HR Administrator at St Paul’s, you will play a vital role in maintaining high quality HR support for this leading girls’ school. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for a broad range of administrative functions including recruitment, pre-employment checks, induction processes and maintenance of staff records.
You will need prior experience in HR or recruitment and experience of using database applications. A background in the education sector is desirable. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, great time management, and be able to handle data quickly and accurately. You will also bring a flexible, ‘can-do’ approach to managing a busy work schedule. Ideal candidates will be either interested/studying towards or fully CIPD qualified with excellent experience of HR administration.
St Paul’s Girls’ School is housed in historic, grade II listed buildings on Brook Green, Hammersmith and is easily accessed by public transport (zone 2).
