Interim HR Business Partner - REMOTE and South Yorkshire/Derbyshire border - 6 month FTC - £34000

If so - then this is the interim HR BP role for you.
You will be working in a changing and evolving environment where you need to be resilient, calm and practical.
You will partner with the Line Managers to assist them with their people/HR related matters, KPIs/metrics and also coach/mentor them in their management style and skills.
In addition you will work on the change management programme working with your Line Managers on their structure and embedding this.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have solid background as a Senior HR Advisor/Business Partner / Manager supporting Managers and staff in people/hr related issues.
Also have a interest in working changing and challenging environments to accomplish an achievement.
Ideally CIPD level 5 as a minimum.
What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available - it is 35 hours a week with flexibility when these are worked.
More than average holiday entitlement - 27 a year plus the BHs

Mainly work from home/remote with occasional travel to the office on the South Yorkshire/Derbyshire border
