A permanent HR Manager opportunity to be based in Manchester for a fantastic professional services business. Our client is seeking a HR Manager who will have full knowledge of working in a generalist position covering operations, recruitment, HR policy, employee relations, payroll, reward and HR systems. This is a great opportunity for a generalist / HR Manager to join an excellent firm in Manchester.
- Key point of contact for all new joiners to the firm in the Manchester office
- Delivery of induction sessions and offering of support to all new joiners
- Key point of contact for exit interviews for leavers
- Ensure all Manchester employees payroll items are submitted each month
- Conduct interviews and assist with recruitment matters
- Provide advice and support to management team on employee relations issues - include formal employee relations processes such as sickness, performance, absences
The HR Manager will provide HR service to the Manchester office and will report to the HR Director.
