One of the world's largest insurers with operations globally are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner for their London business. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast pace and ever-changing business environment. This is also a newly created role.
As the HR Business Partner you will be a dedicated business partner for a specific business line where you will provide effective, proactive and responsive HR support to senior management, line managers and staff based in various international locations. You will need to build strong relationship at levels of management and provide sound advice and support to managers and employees.
To be successful within this role you will need an up to date knowledge of employment legislation, case law and HR best practice as well as the ability to influence managers at all levels. You will need strong experience dealing with complex issues as well as an outstanding knowledge of HR policies and procedures. You will have proven HR Business Partnering experience within a matrix organisation. You will also be able to demonstrate a range of leadership, behaviour and technical skills and will have strong stakeholder and influencing skills.
OD and TUPE experience is also a must and Financial Serivces or Insurance backgrounds is highly desirable.
