International Payroll Manager - £65k to £80k + bonus - City

A fast growing and leading Investment Firm seek an experienced International Payroll Manager to head up their entire payroll function.

Working closely with the Head of HR you will be the subject matter expert and be a key driver as the firm grows into other EMEA and International countries.

The role:
* This role has full responsibility for the UK, Dutch, Hong Kong, New York, Australian and Chicago payrolls
* You will be the subject matter expert for all of these countries and be the key figure when liaising with the payroll provider
* You will be in close contact with Senior Stakeholders, especially with HR, Finance and Tax when structuring and implementing secondment and relocation agreements
* You will need to be up to date with all relevant payroll legislation
* You will be involved with quarterly and yearly reporting and providing Senior Stakeholders with the relevant data
* Payroll Accounting: Review and approve the payroll ledger entries, lead and manage the pensions process and auto-enrolment

* You must have the relevant experience and exposure to UK and International payrolls
* You must have proven Vendor Management experience
* Strong Excel
* Must have a wealth of exposure with International Secondees and other cross border payroll related issues
* Ideally come from a Financial or Professional Services background
* Must have a stable career history
* Strong communication skillset internal & external
* Be able to stand your ground and push back to Senior Stakeholders
* Strong payroll accounting: Recs, Journals and GL
* Attention to details orientated
