Learning Design Specialist

My client a Telecomms business are looking to hire a Learning Solutions Specialist on a permanent basis in Birmingham. Working alongside the manager you will be responsible for developing, facilitating, and implementing learning solutions.

Duties will include:

• Working on operational and change programmes, focused on customisation of existing learning solutions and developing bespoke solutions.
• Researching and identifying options and designing new learning solutions to embed within the learning curriculum.
• Facilitating learning to deliver outcomes, leveraging technology where applicable to deliver a strong colleague experience.
• Project managing the development of agreed solutions, ensuring key stakeholders are involved at all stages and ensuring that the project is delivered on time and in budget
• Reviewing the effectiveness, scope and quality of the learning solution against the requirements.

To carry out this role you must have learning, organisational development, training and design skills. You must be able to demonstrate experience managing a complex set of stakeholders. You will need to be able to demonstrate stakeholders kills and have experience working in a large matrixed environment.
