Fantastic role, for a prestigious boutique Investment Manager. This is a pure generalist opportunity, reporting directly into a Head of HR in an organisation with a fantastic office location in Mayfair. The HR function will be a team of 2, so the successful candidate must be happy to handle the full employee lifecycle, from administration through to advisory responsibilities. This would be a fantastic for someone at a Senior Coordinator level or someone currently at a Generalist level, looking to broaden their skill set.

Responsibilities:

• Being apart of a small, yet fast paced HR department requires you to have exposure to a large range of duties, from administration through to advisory aspects
• Manage the full employee life cycle end to end
• Proactively build relationships with the client base to ensure they're comfortable to come to you for all first line queries
• Proactively ensure that all HR policies and procedures are followed & kept up to date
• Assist the Head of HR with benchmarking and annual salary reviews

Skills:

• Previous Investment Management experienced
• CIPD part / fully qualified
• Knowledge of HRIS system/s
• Pragmatic & hardworking
• Keen to get exposure to numerous areas of HR
