Interim HR Business Partner
Interim BP role within the NHS 2 month duration initially Hybrid working options
The Business Partner will provide advice on the development of strategic and operational workforce plans, develop HR solutions to meet Division's needs, oversee performance management against a range of working metrics, targets and KPIs, provide and oversee provision of specialist advice on the full range of HR policies, processes and procedures.
The Business Partner is responsible for the full range of management actions within the BP team, including appraisals, managing attendance, disciplinary, capability and other HR processes. The Business Partner is required to support and deliver on HR and OD-related corporate training and development programmes.
You will have :
Experience of working in a highly unionised environment.
Experience of large scale project management.
Experience of identification and management of workforce efficiencies
