Talent Acquisition Specialist - Candidate Resourcer

A permanent role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end to end candidate journey for a retail business based in Warwickshire. This would be perfect for a recruiter / TA specialist who loves the candidate attraction and management side of a recruitment role. The TA specialist would need to deliver on attracting candidates via various channels and utilise a variety of attraction methods including LinkedIn and ATS as well as various job boards. Our client is looking for a recruiter who can come into the team and bring new ideas on different routes to market as well as the ones listed above.

Duties:

  • Manage the end to end candidate process on vacancies from sourcing to odder
  • Ensure all candidates have a positive experience with regular communication and updates
  • Understand talent segments and recruitment metrics to source, shortlist and drive quality of hire
  • Advise and prepare candidates for interview
  • Ensure best practice in GDPR, data collection and retention is being carried out across the recruitment process

This is a great opportunity if you are working in a recruitment role at the moment and you are focussed on the candidate attraction piece over the client interaction. You will need to demonstrate that you have worked in a role in which you are able to source candidates for niche positions and are a confident user on LinkedIn.

We would consider candidates from an recruitment agency as well as in house recruitment teams.
