This is a fantastic opportunity to join our clients business HR Administrator. The HR Team is responsible for devising, creating and administering the policies which are built to support their most important asset: their people! As an HR Administrator, you will assume responsibility for becoming an expert in, and being the driving force behind, our HR Information System (HRIS). In addition, you will take responsibility for supporting activities related to the issuing and collection of employee documentation, provide support for payroll activities, assist in the administration of our benefits plans, update and maintain HR records, provide support for internal audits of HR-related materials, and have the chance to participate in a variety of other HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Administration of internal HR Information System (HRIS), including Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Organising and maintaining employee records (digital and paper), such as Starter and Leaver Checklists
  • Assisting with preparation of Offer Letters and Contracts of Employment
  • Create regular management reports regarding key HR metrics, such as turnover rates and productivity
  • Assist in payroll management and administration by providing data related to employees
  • Preparing general / ad hoc letters, i.e. reference request letters, and confirmation of employment letters
  • HR file management
  • Provide advice and support in response to basic HR queries from employees
  • Liaise with partners both internally and externally to ensure smooth running of the department
  • Managing invoice payments and system log.
  • Maintaining the organisation charts on a monthly basis.
  • Checking post and screening information on a daily basis
  • Participate in HR projects, as and when required

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience as HR Administrator / HR-related roles
  • Knowledge of payroll, employee benefits programs, employment law (preferred)
  • Highly-proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Fast learner, capable of working in fast-changing environment
