Reporting into the HR Manager, working with the HR Team, supporting the Senior Leadership Team in all recruitment needs. This role is fundamentally to support, further develop and drive all aspects of the global recruitment, in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment & Talent Manager to join us at a critical time in our global growth. As such, we are looking for a Recruitment & Talent Manager with experience of global recruitment, to grow this function and ultimately attract the best talent for roles in all regions. This is a focused and specialised recruitment role, with great opportunities to continue to learn and put your stamp on it. Our client are at the forefront of a paradigm shift in endoscopic surgery,disrupting the market with innovations - growth is real and on a global scale. Being at a critical point in growth, the ideal person needs to take ownership of all recruitment activities throughout the business to ensure the most effective recruitment methods are utilised, having a strategic approach to attract and onboard candidates.


Your new role

  • Oversee global recruitment activities, including from the job creation and description to advertising avenues and subsequent onboarding experiences.
  • Define, create, and implement recruitment and search programmes for a variety of roles, ensuring that the appropriate talent is sourced to meet business needs in all regions.
  • Develop, coach, empower, and invest in the development of recruitment and talent acquisition within the business aligned with our culture and values.
  • Develop, propose and champion recruitment methods and activities to advance diversity and inclusion throughout the business.
  • Work with the wider team to ensure that internal engagement and talent options are being reviewed and considered.
  • Define and utilise data to ensure that all vacant roles are benchmarked appropriately, and that the data is maintained to track and report on recruitment metrics and kpi's.
  • Develop and integrate appropriate and relevant recruitment processes, including for sourcing, use of assessments for selection and competency and value-based interview themes.
  • Provide recruiting panels with appropriate interview questions.
  • Working with the wider HR team to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding candidate experience.
  • Ensure candidate compliance areas are satisfied as relevant, i.e. where references are required, Criminal Checks and any vaccinations / medical process that may be required as per the job role.
  • Collate and coordinate candidate CV's, ensuring timely feedback to all candidates and to the hiring managers.
  • Provide unsuccessful candidates feedback after interviews where requested.
  • Develop and coordinate recruitment events as relevant and per region, i.e. Careers Fairs etc.
  • Market vacancies via the most effective avenues, including social media and internally to ensure maximum attraction.
  • Manage external recruitment partner relationships and contract negotiations.
  • Create, analyse and track monthly data for reporting of recruitment activities.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a similar and global recruiting role.
  • Demonstrable experience, skill and understanding of recruitment management on a global scale is advantageous, including recruiting within EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent relationship management and consultative skills; an ability to interact with all levels of employees and candidates.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including an ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • A thorough knowledge of compliance / good recruitment practises, including Right to Work legislation.
  • An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively with remote organizations and strong teamwork skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborative, proactive and Can-do!

Education and professional qualifications required:

  • Qualifications in either Recruitment specialisms, Business Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field would be advantageous

Additional Information:

  • Needs to be flexible regarding all aspects of your job role and give your full support to all new systems / ideas that are implemented within the company.
  • To undertake any other duties which may be required, and which are consummate with the post's position within the company.
  • Must have a valid UK / European driving licence.
  • Must have unrestricted right to work in the UK.
  • May be required to travel internationally.
